On the island Malapascua are different accommodation possibilities, from the simple room to small cottages (bungalows) up to the comfortable Beach Resort. The accommodation in the Beach Resorts is from the small single room with external toilet/wash room up to the double room with double bed own WC, shower and Veranda directly at the beach. Almost all rooms have fan, some few air conditioning system. In the overnight accomodation price is usually breakfast included. All other meals you get either in the resort own restaurant or in special restaurants on the island, begun from the German specially restaurant " La Isla Bonita " (seats must be booked in advance in time) up to the simple Philippine restaurant as " Ging Ging´s Garden" and others. A few years ago there has only been one Beach Resort on the island "Cocobana Bounty Beach Resort", then the number of Beach Resorts has lately continuously increased; Malapascua becomes ever more popular. Not directly on the Beach, but one can say beside the beach, cause they build the Resortbuilding/Hotel directly on the rock of a crag/cliff from the leftmost side of Bounty Beach . All rooms with own shower, wc(CR) and balcony. Good air ventilation cause of location and very nice view towards the beach. A bar “on the rock” let´s one enjoy happy
hour drinks while waiting for the sunset. In my opinion, the landscape from the wonderful beach is a littlebit destroyed by this building, which must be demolished do to regulations by the DENR cause build within the 30 meter salvage zone of the beach. |

Position is the Logon beach. Very nice simple Resort with philippine style nipa huts. Friendly Staff. Lot is for sale cause of new
regulations from DENR. There must be a free 30 meter wide space (Salvage zone) between beach high water line and any buildings on the beach. Thats why all the buildings has to be demolished in the very near future.
